我其實從小到大都有一個秘密，一個我從沒打算公開的秘密，因為我深信一定會被不少人恥笑，甚至是可能我一生人都無法解決的一個笑話，但我選擇在我這本書公開出來，是因為，我終於都找到了解決辨法了，所以希望能分享這個親身體驗，幫到跟我有類似煩惱的人。
