He is one of the first doctoral tutors in Hong Kong to try to combine the academic history of hypnosis medicine and NLP techniques with hypnosis teaching to make it more suitable for Chinese society. He is also the course leader of the University of Clinical Health Science, the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA), and one of the Asian representatives of the International NLP British Association IBNLP.
He is also qualified as a hypnotist and NLP instructor. Over the years, he has trained many hypnotist instructors and provided them with a lot of advice in establishing centers. The center has also trained many outstanding students, including: psychologists, Hong Kong representatives, university lecturers, doctoral students, Chinese medicine practitioners, western medicine practitioners, pharmacists, etc.
He has also written hypnosis textbooks and edited all books published by the association, including hypnosis textbooks and NLP textbooks. He is also the academic director of the HKNLP Mind-Language Programming Academic Center and a consultant of the local art association ART MAPPING.
The center has also been interviewed by different media over the years, including 100 Mao, Ming Pao, etc.
The chief instructor of the center is a registered social worker in Hong Kong. He has also explained and shared his research on hypnosis in different universities, such as: University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, etc. His papers were scattered in the University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong, and his papers were also selected into the excellent collection of papers. He also won the second runner-up in the Hong Kong Open Postgraduate Thesis Competition. In 2013, he studied Conflict Management at The University of Liverpool in the UK. The tutor holds four master's and doctoral qualifications, and studies counseling, education law, law and humanistic therapy. The tutor was also awarded Sha Tin District Outstanding Youth in 2012, and has been engaged in drug rehabilitation and Band 3 middle school student counseling for more than ten years. During his tenure as a social worker, he won the championship and was honored to be interviewed by a newspaper for participating in a competition on the theme of "life and death" co-organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Hong Kong and The Community Chest of Hong Kong. The tutor's early hypnosis theory and technical enlightenment came from Chen Yide, the first NGH-accredited Chinese physician in Asia, Milton Hyland Erikson, the famous "father of modern hypnosis", and Dr. Jeffery K.Zeig, the founder of Evolution of Psychotherapy. Later, he was engaged in the research of hypnotherapy and counseling application at the University of Hong Kong, and devoted himself to integrating hypnotherapy into different counseling techniques. The tutor has more than ten years of experience in psychological counseling and hypnotherapy, and the cases include different addiction treatment, self-hypnosis guidance, cognitive behavioral therapy and other fields. She is a local artist, spiritual teacher. She graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is currently a master student at the Department of Arts and Cultural Management at the University of the Arts London.

The tutor came from the Department of Business Administration of the City University of Hong Kong and was interviewed by newspapers many times.
